Posting negative reviews
In order to post a negative review as an author (the buyer) you have to present factual evidence of the transaction (or a purchase, a sale or service). This could be photos, scans of checks, receipts, payment declarations or pictures of a product, etc.
The administrator will check submitted evidence of the transaction and the text of the review. If the provided facts of the transaction are sufficient, the administrator will approve posting the negative review and require its publication from the addressee (aka the seller). Normally, the seller is given a deadline of 3 days for posting a negative review. All main functions on our website will be blocked for the addressee (aka the seller) up until the moment when the seller decides to resolve the issue and posts that negative review.
The addressee (aka the seller) may refuse to post a factually confirmed negative review however, after the deadline, his/her account will be permanently blocked.
The current negative feedback system has proven to be extremely effective.
On the one hand, negative feedback which has been received, but not yet posted often contributes to a quick issue resolution by the addressee (aka the seller) and the cancellation of the negative review by the author (aka the buyer) even before posting it. On the other hand, the system significantly complicates posting negative reviews about competitors.
Experience shows that the majority of negative reviews are usually not confirmed or are removed at the initiative of their authors (often as a result of the resolution of the issue).

The system automatically tracks connections between accounts which are managed by an ad hosting service or a professional ad manager and grants access to all new accounts.
If the connection between the accounts is not automatically established (for example, as a result of changing computers) and restrictions were applied, to solve this problem, just just notify the administrator (from your email address).
A service or a professional ad manager isn’t allowed to post ads which may violate the rules of the bulletin board.
